Outside walls: 200 mm

Windows & Doors

WINDOWS

Windows: Frames:
High quality Wood, PVC or Aluminium windows with double or triple glass.

DOORS

Outside doors:
High quality PVC door with security lock and hurricane shutters (if with glass)

Inside doors:
White laminated wood

Electricity

The cables of the electrical system are integrated in the walls. Fuse box. LED light fixtures.

Bathroom(s)

All appliances are in white ceramics, the shower is a walk in shower with an acrylic glass sliding door or chose yourself.

Surfaces (inside/ outside)

Outside surface: All walls and roof are painted with special UV and water resistant coating
Inside surface: All interior walls are painted with environmentally friendly non-toxic, waterproofed paint
